Men's Fight Club

MEN'S ONLY Contact Fighting class.

Bring your gear and be ready to roll. This is our men's only sparring basesd Krav Maga, Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu class. Some weeks we'll work our standup, others we'll work our ground game, others we'll work technical tactics like sweeps, takedowns, weapons defenses, and a wide variety of fighting tactics.

This is the time for men to come together and have a time to reconnect with our primal side and bond with other men who appreciate the martial arts, combat sports and defensive tactics.

Women's Power Hour

WOMEN'S ONLY KRAV MAGA AND KICKBOXING

Taught by Apprentice Instructors Debra Criss and Tina Quintal

This 12 week rotating series will take your through the basics of kickboxing: strikes, kicks, defenses and movement; on bags and with partners. We'll also work through Krav Maga defense tactics for the most common attacks facing women. All this in a supportive environment, where beginner through advanced students are encouraged to try new and uncomfortable things. Confidence comes with conquering the uncomfortable!

Note: each Friday of January will be an intro/basics class, with the rotating 12 week curriculum beginning in February.

Concealed Carry Tactics

In this class Chris and Joe, two former US Marines and with over 30 years of combined law enforcement experience, will work with you on advancing your concealed carry tactics. If you are a concealed carrier or not, this is a great opportunity to practice the skills that will make or break a deadly force encounter should you have to use a firearm.

Skills like: drawing a firearm from a concealed position, malfunctions, weapon retention, sight alignment, sight picture, basic movement, rules and proceedure after a deadly force encounter, cross fire considerations and much more!

Required equipment: * Firearm of choice- NO LIVE AMMO * Concealed Carry Holster of Choice * Attire that works with your concealed carry holster * Close toed shoes

Fight Lab

More like an MMA type class, this is our combined Krav Maga, Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu Class. Take all the skills you learned throughout the week in other classes and put them to use in a full contact Krav Maga class. This class will be taught in a way that people of any experience level can join in!

Test your Krav Maga skills and see how your Muay Thai, Western Boxing and No Gi Jiu Jitsu tie into making you the most effective at defending yourself and others!

Hero WOD

A Hero Workout of the Day is a workout that is specifically programmed to honor a fallen first responder or military member who paid the ultimate sacrifice for this great nation. With Chris and Joe being both military veterans and law enforcement veterans, paying respect for the fallen is a very important to them. So whether the Hero WOD was programmed by Crossfit, or they designed one for a fallen hero not recognized by Crossfit.

Join us for this hour of honoring those who selflesly sacrificed so much for our freedoms and safety.

This perfect blend of Strength, Conditioning and Endurance, using Crossfit Style workouts with the unparalleled strength benefits of Kettlebells, Bodyweight and Mobility. You will be stronger, faster and feel better with every class.

Krav Maga

Krav Maga is the worlds leading Self Defense - Defensive Tactics system in the world. A perfect blend of martial arts such as Muay Thai Kickboxing, Western Boxing, No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, Kali Escrima (Filipino Knife and Stick Fighting), and Firearm Tactics that have been brought together by Grand Master Imi Lichtenfeld in the 1940's, and has continued to evolve under the evolutionary eye of Master Eyal Yanilov and Master Zeev Cohen.

Krav Maga Expert Chris Green is the head Krav Maga Instructor at Invictus and has been personally mentored and instructed by Master Eyal Yanilov for the past 9 years. Chris brings his 20+ years of martial arts, law enforcement, and military experience to the training floor to give you the most effective defensive tactics skills in the world.

No-Gi Jiu Jitsu

No- Gi Jiu Jitsu, taught by BJJ Black Belt, Professor Steve Silvers of Subculture Jiu Jitsu is a submission grappling system where you can submit your opponent on the ground using chokes, arm and leg locks and more! This addition will really help you improve your fight game and will give you more tools as you fight both standing and on the ground!

Lead by Professor Steve Silvers and assisted by Instructor Derek Rivera, a Japanese Jiu Jitsu Black Belt, Lotar Krav Maga Black Belt, Judo Brown Belt and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu purple belt, this dynamic duo brings a wide range of stand up and grappling arts experience to the mats. Their over 50 years of combined experience has led them to be a phenominal and valuable assett to the Invictus Team!

Dutch Kickboxing

Dutch Kickboxing is a great way to train fighting skills! Pair up with a partner and go one for one with the set combo of the day. This is a sparring build up class. If you don't want to spar, no problem, just keep practicing your skills with your partner!

Use the skills from Muay Thai and Boxing to practice your striking, kicking, clinching and targeting with your partner.

Bag Class

Get the best Strength and Endurance (S&E) workout of your life in our bag classes! If you are new to the Martial Arts or any workout for that matter, this is the class for you! Its just you and a heavy bag, your body weight, a kettlebell, and a group of people wanting to get into the best shape of their lives!

In this class, you can learn how to strike without worrying about a partner, which is a common concern for many new commers!

This high intensity mixture of striking a bag and bodyweight exercises is the best way to start your fitness journey!

Muay Thai

Get your body moving with this basic Muay Thai workout class. Muay Thai is the national sport of Thailand and is hands down one of the most effective fighting systems in the combat sports! Also known as the art of eight limbs, you will learn how to throw punches, kicks, knees and elbows in a variety of combinations with power, speed and smooth precision. Work up a good sweat and increase your cardio endurance with this high speed and intense striking workout!

Boxing

Western boxing is has always been a household favorite in America. Great athletes like Muhammad Ali, Mike Tyson, Sugar Ray Leonard and so many more have showed us the beauty and athleticism of the striking sport!

Now YOU can learn how to throw hands like the greats! Learn how to strike in combinations, move your feet, bob and weave, and get one of the best work outs known to man! Partner up with some focus mits and lets strike it out and get in the best shape of your life!

Invictus Kids (age 7-13)

Invictus Kids (ages 7-13) is our way of introducing kids to self defense, combat sports and fitness through the use of games, drills and exercises taught with Instructors Chris and Joe. The value of introducing kids to martial arts gives your child confidence, discipline, boosted self esteme, increased physical agility and fitness that will help them strive in all aspects of life.

The Invictus Kids Program will be learning aspects of Muay Thai, Dutch Kickboxing and No-Gi Jiu Jitsu. We want to give kids the skills to defend themselves against common threats and a healthy physical outlet that seeks to introduce them to a variety of martial arts.

Our Invictus Kids program runs at the same time as adult dutch kickboxing and fitness classes, giving you, the parent the opportunity to train at the same time as your son or daughter!
